What We Machine for Equipment Builders
Palcam works from your drawings and models. We program, machine, EDM, inspect and ship — we do not design your part. That makes us a fit for OEMs and their Tier suppliers who need a dependable source for complex machined components, wire-cut and sinker-EDM features, and repeat orders of the same part numbers.
Large 5-Axis Parts
DMG MORI DMU P-series centres, including a DMU 200P with 1800 × 2000 × 1100 mm travel and 5,000 kg table capacity, plus DMU 160U, DMU 125P and DMU 100P. Multi-face machining of large housings, blocks, bodies and plates in fewer setups.
Small to Medium Precision Parts
8 DMG MORI eVo (eVo 50/70/80), 4 DMU monoBlock (75/85) and 4 GROB G326 five-axis centres. Groups of like machines let us run the same job on more than one spindle.
Wire EDM
Sodick ALN800G large wire EDM (40" × 60" tank, 20" cut height, 3-ton table capacity), AGIE CUT and AGIE PROGRESS. Profiles, slots, pockets and precision holes in hardened steel, with accurate size and location.
Sinker EDM
Sodick LN2 sinker EDM with linear-motor drives, for features that cannot be machined or wire-cut.
Production & Repeat Runs
Prototype to 5,000+ piece runs with full dimensional inspection. M&H probing on every machine for in-process verification.
Inspection You Can Audit
Three CMMs, including a Hexagon GLOBAL Speed with HP-L-10.10 laser scanner capturing 600,000 points per second, a Hexagon GLOBAL S SCAN+ and a Brown & Sharpe MISTRAL. In-house hardness testing.

Materials & Quality
We machine and wire-cut tool steels, including H-13 and other hot-work tool steels in the hardened condition, as well as aluminum structural and housing components.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas Certification. We work to your drawing, specification and quality plan.
